Capture and Classification (CC) courses cover getting information into the Laserfiche system and integrating it into your business processes in the most efficient way possible: scanning documents, filing them in the correct folder, and ultimately putting information into a context that is useful to people in your organization.

Information Governance (IG) courses reflect the information frameworks that can be implemented in a Laserfiche system to support an organization’s regulatory, legal, risk, and operational requirements, as well as formal and informal standards and strategies for records management.

Success Stories (SS) courses provide real-world case studies of how Laserfiche is used to solve customers’ business problems; they include Run Smarter award winners, who were recognized for the innovative and impactful ways they have implemented Laserfiche.
Marketplace/Partners
Marketplace/Partners (MP) courses examine specialized solutions that extend the functionality of Laserfiche; they are presented by members of the Laserfiche Professional Developer Program, a community of developers from specific industries and integrators with decades of experience in Laserfiche implementations.
Course Type Descriptions
Presentation
Presentations feature one or more product, feature, or process experts sharing information via a slideshow and/or product demonstration.
Lab
Labs offer hands-on experience with Laserfiche products, features, and implementation and configuration strategies. These courses are limited to 50 participants.
Roundtable
Roundtables feature a panel of three technical and business-implementation experts, plus a moderator who will take audience questions and discuss their experiences, common approaches, and best practices for the course topic.
